        Potoroos

 Potoroos are Australian mammals that live in the rainforest. They are endangered.  Potoroos are about the size of a rabbit. There are a few types of potoroo including the Gilberts potoroo, Long-nosed potoroo and the Long-footed potoroo. The Potoroo was at one point thought to be exctinct until they were rediscoved. Miss Lilys Fabulous Pink Feather Boa by Margaret Wild is a picture book about a Potoroo who beleives they are the last one left.  Potoroos are found in Western Australia.

CATS
Aren’t cats so cute! (we love dogs as well). There are so many types of cats, Berman, Rag dolls, Siamese, Tabby cats and kittens. Kittens aren’t really a species of cat but they are so adorable.  There aren’t just house cats, there are tigers and lions and so on that are big cats. Cats have many cute habits my cat

meows when its dinner time (or earlier if she gets hungry), loves her scratching post and is so cuddly. Cats always land on they’re feet, that’s why they say cats have nine lives.
